AZE ITPrivacy policy
What this website collects, where it goes, and how to have it deleted. Written in plain English.
This policy explains what information AZE IT collects through this website (azeitservices.com), how it's used, and the choices you have. AZE IT is a small business run by Azuolas Venslova in Lemont, Illinois. When this policy says “we” or “I”, it means AZE IT.
The short version
- We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or the chat assistant, plus basic technical data needed to run the site.
- Your messages go to Azuolas by email, with a short notification on Telegram, so he can reply to you.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or social media pixels.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Information you send us
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your business name, phone number, website and message, along with the type of request you chose and the page you sent it from.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant on this site (“Oak”) is an AI agent. The messages you type are sent to our server and processed by AI models running on Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies. Your conversation is kept in your browser's session storage so it survives page changes, and it's cleared when you close the tab. We don't keep a copy of chats on our server.
If you give the assistant your contact details and ask to be contacted, it sends Azuolas your name, email, any phone number, business and need you shared, a copy of the chat transcript, the page you were on, and your approximate location (city and region, estimated by Cloudflare from your IP address).
Please don't share sensitive personal information, such as health, financial or account details, in the chat or the form.
Other channels
If you contact AZE IT by email, phone, text or through a social media platform, we use what you send only to reply to you and to provide the services you ask about.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser downloads them.
We don't use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or social media pixels, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and provide the free demo, call check, call or service you asked for.
- To keep a record of our conversations with prospective and current clients.
- To keep the website and chat assistant working and secure.
We don't use your information to send you marketing you didn't ask for, and we don't use it to train AI models.
Where your information goes
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle messages:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the chat assistant (Cloudflare Workers AI).
- Google Workspace (Gmail) delivers form submissions and chat leads to Azuolas's business inbox at aze@azeitservices.com.
- Telegram delivers a short notification to Azuolas when a new message arrives.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site.
These providers process information on our behalf to deliver their services. We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details for as long as they're useful for replying to you and for any work we do together, and for business records we're required to keep. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and deleting your data
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To delete your data, email aze@azeitservices.com with the subject “Delete my data” and the email address or phone number you used. We'll delete your messages and contact details and confirm by email once it's done.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
