Why is there a setup fee?
Setup is the actual build: writing the job card with you, connecting your tools, loading your real information, and testing it against real examples before any customer sees it. It's a one-time fee.
What's included in the monthly price?
Care: monitoring, bug fixes, a monthly report and up to an hour of changes. AI models get retired, prices change and logins expire, and care keeps the agent accurate and running.
What does AI and phone usage cost?
It depends on volume. Usage is billed to your own accounts (phone number, AI model), so you see exactly what you pay. For a small business it's usually $10–60 a month, and I estimate yours before we start.
Is there a contract?
Monthly care is month to month. Cancel anytime, and you keep everything that was built in your accounts.
Do remote clients pay the same?
Yes, the same prices. Remote projects outside Illinois start with 50% of the setup and pay the other 50% after a live screen-share test. How remote works.
