AI automation for small businesses · Chicago suburbs & remoteAI automation that finishes the job, not just the first step.
A workflow agent reads the request, works out what it is, and does the whole task: books it, logs it, replies to the customer and tells you what needs you. Built in your own email, calendar, CRM and spreadsheets.
One agent, one workflow, done well.
Each agent has a clear job, a list of things it must never do, and a way to pass things to a person. Monthly prices include care.

Microsoft 365 / Copilot agent
An internal assistant for your team that knows your files, procedures and price lists, inside Microsoft 365.
Custom & multi-agent

AI automation questions.
What kinds of tasks can an agent do?
Anything that repeats and follows rules you can explain: answering and booking new inquiries, following up on leads and estimates, chasing missing documents, intake forms, reminders, sorting the inbox, and pulling data off forms and invoices into your spreadsheet or accounting tool.
What's the difference between an AI agent and normal automation?
Normal automation (like Zapier) moves data along a fixed path. An AI agent reads messy input, like an email or a PDF, decides what it is, and does the right next steps, then hands anything unusual to a person. Most of my builds combine both.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell me how the job is done today and what a good result looks like. I handle the build, the setup and the upkeep, and I train your team on what they'll actually see.
Do you use n8n?
Often. n8n is a workflow tool that runs in your own account, so you own every workflow. I also build directly on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and the apps you already use. See remote n8n projects.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It's built in your accounts. If you stop paying for care, you keep everything that was built.
We tried AI before and it didn't work. Why is this different?
Most AI tools fail because they're generic and nobody maintains them. I build one agent for one job, train it on your real information, test it before customers see it, run a pilot where you can walk away, and keep it tuned.
Let's take something off your plate.
Tell me one task that eats your time (missed calls, inquiry emails, booking, invoices). Within 3 business days you get a free workflow demo: a short video of an AI agent doing that job for a business like yours. No call needed.
Prefer to talk? Pick a free 20-minute call, or a free after-hours call check: I call your business after closing and show you what customers hear.
