Remote projects use the same price list as my Illinois clients: for example, a website chat agent from $1,000 setup and an email & intake agent from $1,500 setup, each with monthly care included in the agent's monthly price. Custom and multi-agent projects are quoted.
You pay 50% to start and 50% after you've seen it work. Your n8n plan and AI usage are billed to your own accounts, usually about $30-90 a month in total for a small business.

Do I have to be in Illinois?
No. Remote projects are for businesses anywhere in the US. Everything happens over video calls and screen shares, with no site visits.
Do I need n8n already?
No. If your project uses n8n, you sign up for your own n8n account (n8n Cloud, roughly $20-30 a month, or the free self-hosted version on your own server) and invite me. It stays yours, along with every workflow I build in it.
Will you need my passwords?
No. You connect your apps (email, calendar, CRM, payments) yourself on a screen share, through each app's own sign-in. I never ask for passwords by email, text or chat, and any access key you give me can be switched off by you at any time.
Why is there a deposit for remote projects?
Local Illinois businesses get the founding 14-day pilot. Remote projects start with 50% of the setup, and you pay the other 50% only after you've watched it work on a live screen share.
What happens if something breaks later?
Every build ships with an error alert that tells me when a run fails, a short README, a test that proves the main path works, and a walkthrough video. On monthly care I watch it, fix it and send you a monthly report.
What about time zones?
Calls are scheduled around your time zone, on weekday late afternoons Central time or on weekends.
